DAISY CLEANING SERVICES - Terms and conditions
REGULAR OFFICE/PUB/SHOP
CLEANING:
Service cost is £10.00 per hour per cleaner or as priced per cleaning quote*
and is subject to signing an Agreement with Daisy Cleaning Services . Minimum
is 3 hours per visit weekly or fortnightly. The Client agrees to provide
cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless other arrangements have been
made with Daisy Cleaning Services. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in
full working order. If the Client does not have cleaning materials and
equipment and Client asks Daisy Cleaning
Services to purchase the above items on their behalf, the Client understands
that an applicable service charge will be added. If Daisy Cleaning Services personnel
needs to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of
the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10.00 charge may apply. The
Client understands that the price has been quoted is not for a "package
deal" and does not include anything apart from cleaning. If any estimate
is given on how long it will take our personnel to do the job, this is only an
estimated price based on the average time it takes to clean an office of
similar size. The Client's responsibility is to arrange parking for our vehicle
during the time spent at the Client's premises. If the Client requires an
initial meeting before the first cleaning visit a signed Agreement must be
returned to Daisy Cleaning Services prior to the visit.
REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING 12 MONTHS CONTRACT :
Service cost is £23.00 per month per cleaner, plus £6.50 per hour payable directly to the cleaner for up to 5 hours per week or £40.25 per month per cleaner, plus £6.50 per hour payable directly to the cleaner for more than 5 hours per week or as priced per cleaning quote* and is subject to signing an Agreement with Daisy Cleaning Services . Minimum is 3 hours per visit weekly or fortnightly. The Client agrees to provide cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless other arrangements have been made with Daisy Cleaning Services. If the Client does not have cleaning materials and equipment and Client asks Daisy Cleaning Services to purchase the above items on their behalf, the Client understands that an applicable service charge will be added. CARPET CLEANING AND HARD
FLOORING:
Confirmation and is required before work commences. Daisy Cleaning Services reserves
the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original
requirements change. Differences in excess of 10% will be discussed with the
Client prior to the start of the work. If Daisy Cleaning Services personnel
need to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of
the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10.00 charge may be added
to the price of the service. The
Client's responsibility is to arrange parking for our vehicle during the time
spent at the Client's premises.
A £8.00 congestion charge
may occur if the Client's property falls within the London Congestion Charge
Zone. All Carpet Cleaning And Hard
Flooring prices are subject to a £50.00 minimum call out charge.
PAYMENT:
Way of payment accepted by Daisyclean Ltd:cash,debit card,credit card*, electronic bank transfer, direct debit (only for 12 months contracts)
*Payment via credit card are subject to 3% additional fee on the total.
NONE PAYMENT:
Daisy Cleaning Services will collect any outstanding monies owed to them. If as
a result Daisy Cleaning Services has to use a debt collecting agency or county
court to secure payment, the Clients agrees to pay any debt collecting agency
fees, court fees, legal cost, or interest which will occur due to the result of
none payment of their outstanding bill.
CLAIMS:
Daisy Cleaning Services has Public and Employer's Liability Insurance . The
policy will cover any accidental damages caused by any personnel working on
behalf of Daisy Cleaning Services. The Client of One Off Clean accepts and
understands that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within
24 hours from the date the cleaning was carried out. Failure to do so will
entitle the Client to Nothing.
Daisy
Cleaning Services advises that the Client or a Client's Representative must be
present at the time of completion of the job so an inspection can be carried
out and any corrections made on site on the same day. If the Client has
scheduled an inventory check then it must be scheduled to commence no later
than 24 hours after the cleaning job has been carried out. In case of damage Daisy
Cleaning Services through it' s Insurance Company will repair or replace the
item/s if it's personnel knowingly caused the damage. If the item/s cannot be
repaired Daisy Cleaning Services will rectify the problem through it's
Insurance Company by crediting the Client with the item's if it is proven to be
down to our personnel. If a Client is not completely satisfied with a cleaning
job, Daisy Cleaning Services will re-clean any areas and items to the Client's
satisfaction. All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or
removed. Items excluded from liability are: Cash, Jewellery.
Daisy
Cleaning Services reserves the right not to be responsible for: cleaning job
not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning materials and/or equipment
not in full working order, hot water or power; third party entering or present
at the Client's premises during the cleaning process; wear or discoloring
of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed; failing to remove
old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard carpet cleaning
methods; existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely
using cleaning materials and equipment or standard carpet cleaning equipment
provided by the Client; any damages caused by a faulty or not in full working
order materials/equipment supplied by the customer.
Daisy
Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse cleaning of highly
breakable and valuable items.
CANCELLATION:
Regular domestic cleaning, office/pub/school cleaning pay as you go: The Client may cancel a
cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The Client may
terminate the whole service by giving at least two weeks advanced notice in
writing and specifying the last cleaning date. The Client agrees to pay the
full price of the cleaning visit if the Client cancels or changes the date/time
less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay
the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our
cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with the
Client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special
efforts or skills. The Client agrees to pay the full price of one cleaning
visit in case of a termination of the service if the Client has given less than
Two weeks advanced notice. The Client has the right to terminate the service
without giving Two weeks advanced notice but by giving 24 hours advanced notice
before or immediately after the first cleaning visit only. One-off cleaning:
The Client may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the
agreed start time. The Client agrees to pay £30.00 cancellation fee per cleaner
if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the
scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay £30.00 cancellation fee per
cleaner in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no
one home to let them in; or problem with the Client's keys. If keys are
provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. End of
tenancy cleaning & Carpet cleaning: The Client may cancel the scheduled
cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. The Client
agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee if the Client cancels or
changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
The Client agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of
a lock-out cased by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in;
no water or power available at the Client's premises; or problem with the
Client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special
efforts or skills. If an initial deposit has been paid to Daisy Cleaning
Services then the Client agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the
cancellation fee.
Regular domestic cleaning subject to 12 months contract : The customer may terminate the whole service by giving at least 48 hours advanced notice in writing up to 14 days after the first cleaning visit . After the 14th day the Client agrees to pay the full price of the 12 months fee in case of a termination of the service before the 12month period. The Client may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with the Client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.
AFTER CANCELLATION OF THE CLEANING SERVICE:
By entering into a service agreement with Daisy Cleaning Services , the Client
agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire
or use any cleaner provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the
Client by Daisy Cleaning Services. If
the Client does wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a
cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of £1,000.
By ordering Daisy Cleaning Services service by telephone, e-mail, fax or
website, the Client agrees to be bound by Daisy Cleaning Services terms and
conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant
Daisy Cleaning Services reserves the right to make any changes to any part of
these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.
