Terms and Conditions:
Two cleaning services (Carpet cleaning and One off cleaning) at special discount package price*- All prices are exclusive of VAT. Parking fee may apply. Two services (carpet cleaning and one off cleaning) need to be used at the same time. The property where the cleaning take place needs to be empty of personal belongings .All carpets have to be clean of any possessions and rubbish. Additional charge may apply for removing bulk rubbish, personal belongings, pet’s hair, and water sucking after flood, stain treatment, scotch guard treatment of the carpets. The above discount package prices apply for the following carpeted areas and overall property sizes:
Studio flat – Bed/Living room, Hallway (up to 50 sq m/500 sq ft)
One bed flat – Living room, Bedroom, Hallway/ Corridor (up to 70 sq m/ 700 sq ft)
Two bed flat – Living room, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, Hallway/Corridor (up to 100 sq m/ 1000 sq ft)

In the tables below you can get an idea of what our services cost. Those prices are only guidance ones and DCS reserve the right to amend them depending on the different customers requirements and the state of the property cleaned.

Please note that there is minimum of 3 hours per visit for the regular cleaning and minimum of 6 hours for the one-offs.
Please note that with the cleaning on a regular basis you will have to provide cleaning materials and equipment. Alternatively we can supply the cleaning materials and equipment at additional cost. The price of the one-off cleaning is with our cleaning materials inclusive. We can provide an equipment (hoover, mop and etc. ) at extra cost. If you use carpet or upholstery cleaning along with the one-off cleaning the equipment will be provided at no extra cost.

The Client's responsibility is to arrange parking for our vehicle during the time spent at the Client's premises
An 8.00 pounds congestion charge may occur if the Client's property falls within the London Congestion Charge Zone.
All Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Prices are subject to a 50.00 pounds minimum call out charge.
All prices are subject to VAT.
Daisy Cleaning Services reserve the right to amend prices at any time within a month notice period.
