Carpets must be cleared of any possesions and bulk rubbish. Additional charge may apply for removing and desposing bulk rubbish, personal belongings, pets' hair,  water pick up after flood, stain treatment and scotch guard treatmet of carpets, deep cleaning blinds, balconies, external window and facade cleaning and any other service which has not been quoted initially.
